Our home proved to be a challenge for Tim. We had improperly laid tile which had to be torn up before he could start. The tile work they did for us was laid well and with great care. Tim guided us in choosing the best kind of tile and grout, as well as in selecting the pattern that would best suit our home. He came when he said he would be there and stayed until the job was done. We moved to Grand Island from Arizona where we fell in love with the look of natural stone. We wanted to achieve that same look but had everyone trying to talk us out of it as natural stone is "difficult" to install and "tricky" to work with. We had several reputable contractors shy away from the project we had planned. Then we met "Elegant Tile" (Tim Danielson and sons.) They embraced the challenge of working with natural stone and helped us create stone works of art in our home.

Tim Danielson and his sons are a joy to have in the home, are very hard working and reasonably priced for the beautiful work they do. They are truly masters at stone and tile installation as well as wood flooring and take great pride in their work. We can't recommend "Elegant Tile" Enough! Considering the most elegant part of our home is the tile work, we would have to say the name "Elegant Tile" speaks for itself.

We had Elegant Tile out of Grand Island install new tile floor to our entry way, bathroom, and kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the work. The floors look amazing. Tim and his staff did a great job, they kept on schedule, did not make a mess of the house, were personable, and even taught me a few things about tiling.

Tim and sons did the job in a timely fashion. Did a great job of rebuilding the shower! I was a little fearful of the undertaking but they handled every thing great.

When Deanna and I were considering remodeling the bathroom downstairs, we weren’t sure who to turn to. There are a lot of contractors to pick from. However, after a few meetings with you (at the golf course of all places), it became apparent that we should have you and your team of professionals do the work. That turned out to be a great decision. When we first met it was apparent that you pay a great attention to detail. From day one you and your team did exactly that. You did exactly what your quote stated.

Deanna and I were pleased with your work from day one, covering up other areas of the basement so dust wouldn’t fall everywhere, to the plastic on the steps so they too wouldn’t be covered with ground in dust and debris. We further appreciated you having the tile saw outside so when in use, the dust wouldn’t fall and cover everything in the basement. That caused numerous trips up and down the stairs, but it did keep the work area clean.

Your exact measurements were spot on so very little material was left over, and the preventative measures taken to insure when the project was completed it will last for the next 20+ years were stellar. Those additional services required of other contractors were timed perfectly so there never was an interruption that kept the project from being completed on time.
